Game room has a 3/4 size pool table, cable TV, VCR/DVD, and plenty of movies and seating.Located on a gently sloping cul-de-sac, five minutes from the lake, slopes, golf, restaurants, and more.

Master bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV.

Bedroom two has a California king bed, cable TV, and VCR.

Bedroom three has two sets of bunk beds, trundle bed, and TV for game play use.

Family rooom had a queen sofa sleeper and game table.
