ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and private balcony. Second bedroom has a double, twin bed, and ceiling fan. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and much more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV with streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - An expansive back deck provides the perfect space for gathering, with plenty of room for summer barbecues and enjoying the peaceful forested surroundings. Charcoal barbecue is available for your grilling needs.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. All occupants, including children, toddlers, and infants, count toward occupancy limits. Exceeding occupancy may result in fines or eviction without refund.
