KITCHEN - Beautiful custom counter tops, custom cabinets, stove (no oven), refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with convection bake function, Air Fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, and pans. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for additional seating.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Cuddle up next to the cozy wood burning fireplace on those chilly Big Bear nights.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
