ROOMS & BEDS - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Air Mattresses located in the closet. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Air conditioning and heating, plus a cozy fireplace—highly sought after in the Big Bear area and offering great privacy. Enjoy an arcade game table with 50 games, a Smart TV, fast WiFi, and a variety of board and card games.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction
