Big Bear Cycling Association is pulling out all the stops for the 2024 Tour de Big Bear happening on Saturday, August 3rd. The event offers awesome mountain views on courses ranging from 5K to 100 miles, as well as two gravel rides. No matter what kind of cyclist you are, there's a route just for you!

E-Bikes

E-bikes are allowed in the Tour de Big Bear road events only. If you choose to participate in the road events using an E-bike or any other motor assisted vehicle, you will be exempt from winning any Strava Segments and Awards.

Adaptive Cyclists

We welcome and encourage cyclists of all ages and abilities to join us. If you have a question about facilities or our courses, please contact us at bigbearcycling@gmail.com.

The Poker Ride

Happening August 2, this 20 mile ride is a great way to get acclimated to the main Tour de Big Bear event. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Ensure your spot and sign up early August 2 at the Cycling Expo at Bear Mountain. Ride is open and free to all!

The Glow Ride

Join this kick-off event the evening of August 2. Light up the night with costumes and lights and parade around town! Awards for best costumes and lights will follow the event. Sign-up August 2 at the Cycling Expo located at Bear Mountain. Ride is open and free to all!

The Recovery Ride

Flush out those legs August 4. This post ride event invites everyone to enjoy breakfast at 8:30 AM at Copper Q in The Village before heading out at 9 AM for an easy pedal around one or both lakes (Road Ride) or a gravel ride.

    • Featured Bands: Terry McRaven Band 12 - 2:30 PM; Dragonwolfe 3 - 5:30 PM; Black Book 6 - 8 PM
  • Poker Ride Presented by Goldsmith’s Sports from 4 PM – 6:30 PM. Starts from Bear Mountain. Sign up at the Expo. FREE!
  • Glow Ride Presented by Get Boards. Starts 8 PM from Bear Mountain. Sign up at the Expo at 7:30 PM. FREE!
