Downstairs fourth bedroom (separate from the house with private access and kitchenette with fridge and microwave) has a queen bed, futon, fireplace, smart TV, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Minimum renter age: 25
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
